To make a change, you must first notify email@example.com within the first 48 hours of receiving your product.
The deadline to make the change is within 10 business days after receiving your purchase. You must send it to Puma 1357, Recoleta, Santiago. The costs of returning and re-shipping the product are the responsibility of the buyer.
Changes are only accepted in the event that your product has arrived in poor condition (broken glass, visibly damaged frame or print).
You must send the document that proves the purchase (confirmation ticket / email)
