Change Policies

To make a change, you must first notify within the first 48 hours of receiving your product.
  • The deadline to make the change is within 10 business days after receiving your purchase. You must send it to Puma 1357, Recoleta, Santiago. The costs of returning and re-shipping the product are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • Changes are only accepted in the event that your product has arrived in poor condition (broken glass, visibly damaged frame or print).
  • You must send the document that proves the purchase (confirmation ticket / email)
